Planning: Copyright

Due to the originality of my artist's music, and give that they are unsigned, it is merely at their digression to grant me permission to use their music in the production of my promotional package. They of course agreed to let me use the music, as I was providing them a service, in order to promote them as an artist, and more so, as a brand.
